Arvida Lincoln Plains is a retirement village for over-65s currently being developed. It aims to bring people together, provide real lifestyle choices, and show the spirit and character of the area. Construction is underway for the first stage of villas with completion expected in early 2026. 

The operator of the village intends to apply for registration of the village under the Retirement Villages Act 2003 in late 2025.
