Jeremy has substantial experience in the financial services and property sector which includes a number of senior executive positions within the ING and ANZ businesses in New Zealand over a 14 year period. These roles have included CFO and company secretary for ING Property Trust and ING Medical Properties Trust (renamed Argosy Property Limited and Vital Healthcare Property Trust respectively), managing director of ING Real Estate and Managing Director of ING Insurance.

Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer in October 2021, Jeremy was Arvida's Chief Financial Officer from IPO in 2014.

Jeremy is a past President of the Property Council New Zealand.

Mark has over 15 years’ experience as a financial analyst, project accountant and most recently CFO of a property development company. Mark has held these positions within the property and investment sectors in New Zealand and the UK, at both privately owned companies and large financial institutions.

Aleshia brings over 17 years of aged care operational experience and a passion for creating a resident-led culture of care. She joined Arvida in 2015 as the Village Manager of Park Lane retirement village in Christchurch successfully overseeing a change in culture and fruition of a significant redevelopment of the village. More recently Aleshia has supported care and village teams as Head of Wellness Operations at Arvida.

Tristan has 25 years' experience in senior marketing, sales and business management roles across a wide range of industries including export, tourism, seafood and, for 10 years, retirement and aged care. Prior to commencing with Arvida, Tristan led the rapid growth in sales and brand recognition for the Summerset group.

Anna brings over 20 years of senior leadership in organisational culture building and development of people solutions. Anna’s experience includes General Manager People & Performance for Les Mills, Organisational Development Manager at Vodafone, and a Learning & Development consultant in London.

Brett has over 20 years’ experience in the Digital and Technology sector delivering innovative technology solutions and driving transformative change, both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Previous roles include General Manager Digital & IT at Lexel Systems NZ, Country Manager WEX NZ and various leadership roles at Spark NZ, Orange Business Services UK, Capgemini UK and Computer Sciences Corporation UK.

Carly has 25 years’ experience in operations, people leadership, strategy and digital transformation. She has held senior leadership roles across the aviation industry in New Zealand and Europe at Air NZ, EasyJet, Infratil Airports Europe and Heathrow Airport. Carly brings a depth of experience in leading diverse and distributed teams delivering quality services to customers with care and consistency, combined with continuous improvement and innovative change.
